Meet the Bounders

Senior Houndsabound takes in “experienced” (a.k.a. senior) Beagles and Bassets over the age of 10. Most of our hounds come in through other rescues, such as Suncoast Basset Rescue, Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia, and others. This frees up much-needed space so they can help more needy dogs. Most of our hounds were surrendered by their owners or found as strays. Each has needed us, and we do our best to attend to their needs, whatever they may be. Some hounds have found forever homes through adoption while others will live out their “golden years” here, until the time comes when they must journey across the Rainbow Bridge.
