Hi friends, I am Dixie Belle!

I am 11 years old and live in Tucson, Arizona. I have 1 older sister and 4 (yes, I said 4) younger brothers and sisters, all bassets just like me. I am the most special though because I was my mom and dads very FIRST basset babe. They rescued me from the scary dog jail, (The Humane Society of Southern AZ), when I was just 2 years old. I am super sweet, and super bossy. In fact, I am the boss of our house! Just ask my mom and dad, they call me the bossy basset. I love going for walkies and could spend all day exploring the desert. I also LOVE to roll in dirt and sand, it makes me so happy. But I would say my most favorite thing to do is snuggle with my mom and dad and eat all the Greenie bones!
