Halt!  This here’s the sheriff – Sheriff Grady Judd. 

I was named after the human sheriff after my mom saw his name on the Polk County Animal Control building as she was pulling me from the shelter.  The human Sheriff Judd is known for his love of calling press conferences, and so am I!  I regularly hold howling press conferences in the living room whenever I want my mom to play with me or if it has been more than 30 minutes since my last snack.  I am 9 yrs old, but I love to stand on the back of the sofa in front of the window to hold press conferences while the good citizens that I serve and protect pass by on the sidewalk and serve as an audience. When we go on patrol in my “police car”, I ride shotgun and keep an eye out for any signs of trouble.  Whether on patrol in my car or my yard I hold press conferences and alert everyone that I’m on the job!  So I’m holding a press conference now to ask you to vote for me to be a calendar hound to help other senior hounds.
