Babs came to us via the Truckin Bassets all the way from Texas. Apparently, her owner just did not want to spend any money on her and gave her up. That is fine, because we are the lucky ones who get to love her! She is very shy and standoffish, but hoping once she is here a while, she will start trusting the love we offer her. She recently had a dental and had a few bad teeth pulled, so hoping she will be feeling better soon. Babs also has some mobility issues in her hind end, not sure how it happened but there was an injury before she came to us that pretty much went untreated. She is on pain meds and has been getting around a lot better than when first arrived. She does not have steps here as we have a nice ramp for all to use.
