Andy is also an owner surrender. His person passed away and he was passed around for a bit before he landed with us. For the longest time, he never had a voice, but he has certainly found it now! He is adamant about being the Bounder breakfast alarm!
Andy is as sweet as the day is long, loves being around us and enjoys playing the fun police when others are out chasing around.
